Job Overview

We invite you to join our team as a highly skilled Physical Therapist (PT) in homecare. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and their families by providing much-needed care where they want to be - in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Help patients maintain, restore and improve movement, activity and function.
  • Provide interventions, conduct re-examinations, modify interventions as necessary, and perform discharge planning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Current license to practice physical therapy specific to the state you're assigned to work in.
  • Graduate from an accredited physical therapy educational program set by the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
  • One year related physical therapy experience for PTs entering home health care.
  • Current CPR certification.
