Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Organist Musician to join our team at Ladgov Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality instrumental music for our Sunday services, as well as coordinating with our Pastor on music selections and rehearsals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide instrumental music for Sunday services, including preludes, postludes, congregational singing, and service music.
  • Coordinate with the Pastor on music selections and rehearsals, ensuring a seamless and worshipful experience for our congregation.
  • Develop and promote the choral ministry program in our chapel community, working closely with choir members and other musicians.
  • Rehearse with the choir prior to services, ensuring a high level of musical excellence.
  • Provide technical preparation and support for instrumental music, including organ and piano playing.
Requirements
  • High School graduate with a minimum of two years of music education and/or experience.
  • Strong knowledge of hymnal background, technical preparation in organ and piano playing, and comprehensive knowledge of church music.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with the Pastor and other team members.
  • Good command of the English language.
