Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Department Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the radiology department, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the radiology department, including supervising staff and overseeing daily operations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and services.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of hospital funds.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.

Requirements

  • Completion of JRCERT formal program in Radiologic Technology.
  • Five years experience in radiology in a hospital setting with three years supervisory experience required.
  • Current Arizona Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and Certified Radiology Tech (CRT) certifications.
