Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the ambulatory care setting, including vital signs, medication administration, and wound care.
- Assist RNs and physicians with procedures, exams, and treatments.
- Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Minnesota, Wisconsin, or other applicable state.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to obtain within 3 months.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
