Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recreational Instructor to join our team at World Elite Inc. in Tallmadge, OH. As a Recreational Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching children of all ages the basic skills and elements in our recreational class offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach weekly curriculum to children of all ages in our recreational class offerings, including Tumbling, Gymnastics, Preschool classes, and Ninjas.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote a safe and fun learning environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members and their families, ensuring a positive experience for all.
  • Maintain a clean and organized gym and lobby area, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or dance preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children and adults.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Physical stamina to keep up with energetic children and participate in activities.
