Job Title: Central Intake Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Central Intake Coordinator to join our team at LHC Group. As a Central Intake Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our Central Intake Teams by triaging incoming calls and entering referrals in our operating system.

About the Role:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Triaging incoming calls and entering referrals in our operating system
  • Communicate accurate referral information within Central Intake and to Branches
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
  • High School education or G.E.D.
  • Minimum of one to two years experience in office procedures
  • Minimum of one to two years Insurance/Medical experience
