About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges. As a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting participants with their daily needs, helping them achieve their goals, and promoting their independence.

Responsibilities
  • Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living tasks
  • Support individuals with complex needs, including behavioral challenges
  • Help participants develop real-life skills, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Encourage participation in community activities and favorite hobbies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided
  • No high school diploma required; however, a high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance for day and evening shifts
