Job Details
This is a 12-month fellowship program designed to provide Advanced Practice Providers with hands-on experience in diagnosing and treating gastrointestinal disorders. You will work closely with experienced gastroenterologists and advanced practice providers to develop your skills and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat gastrointestinal disorders
- Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and educational programs
Requirements
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or higher from a recognized program
- National certification as a Nurse Practitioner by a nationally accredited organization
- Licenses in applicable states with no restrictions
- Certification as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA or successor organization
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
