Phlebotomist II

Innova Solutions is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services.

• Collect and process blood samples from patients for laboratory testing
• Label and store specimens according to established procedures
• Operate laboratory equipment, including centrifuges and microscopes
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and test results
• Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure efficient and accurate testing

• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting
