Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) to join our team as a Clinical Rehabilitation Assistant. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work together with individuals served, their families, friends, employers, and other support staff to transform their lives.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP) guidelines
- Assist individuals to become more a part of their communities
- Help the program meet the highest quality standards by employing rehabilitation values, principles, and techniques, including skills training to help individuals overcome barriers and live more independently

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current C.N.A. certificate valid in Massachusetts
- Strong time management and writing skills
- All applicants must be at least 21 years of age and have a current, valid US driver's license for at least one year
- Ability to pass a CORI, reference, national fingerprinting, CNA certification, and driving record check
