Multilingual Leasing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Leasing Specialist to join our team at Bridge Investment Group Holdings LLC.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on location and experience. As a leasing consultant, you will play a crucial role in effectively leasing apartments of our multifamily unit community.

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, providing tours of our community and presenting features and amenities.
• Lease apartments by closing sales, securing lease agreements, and processing applications for approval.
• Follow up with prospects regarding the status of their applications.
• Input information into computer systems accurately and timely.
• Ensure apartments are ready for residents to move in on agreed dates.
• Assist in planning resident functions and gathering information about market competition in the area.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and develop relationships quickly.
• Leasing, sales, and closing skills.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Demonstrate strong work ethics with the ability to adapt to change.
