Key Responsibilities

  • Pharmacy Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including HIPAA and DEA guidelines.
  • Customer Service and Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Staff Development and Training: Mentor and train pharmacy staff on new procedures, policies, and technologies to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree, and active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
  • Experience and Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with a strong understanding of pharmacy operations, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, customers, and colleagues.
