Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  1. Unwrap coils, baskets, or reels and properly tag them.
  2. Weld metal wire ends together to feed through the machine, apply insulation, and ensure proper settings.
  3. Set up the machine according to order requirements and consistently monitor processes to guarantee quality.
  4. Weigh completed reels, complete paperwork, record, and enter data accurately.
  5. Use read micrometers to measure wire and place completed reels in designated areas.
  6. Communicate effectively with supervisors and associates, read and understand manufacturing instructions, and follow plant work rules, safety rules, and established processes.
  7. Maintain a clean work area and utilize tools, including wire cutters, pliers, wrenches, hammer, micrometers, and computer.
