Job Title: Landscape Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Construction Supervisor to join our team at The Bruce Company. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating landscape construction crews to ensure successful project completion and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate landscape construction crews to ensure efficient project completion and quality standards.
  • Provide direction, design plans, job details, and schedules to crews and subcontractors.
  • Visit job sites regularly to ensure crews have necessary information to complete tasks and coordinate with job site supervisors.
  • Review construction plans and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to job sites.
  • Ensure completion of all necessary paperwork, including daily load slips, delivery forms, and other documentation.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers and employees.
  • Model and promote safe work habits, ensuring a safe work environment for all employees.
  • Supervise crew leaders and landscape employees, fostering a positive, team-oriented environment.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Landscape construction experience required; previous crew leader or supervisor experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field preferred.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English helpful but not required.
