We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Paraprofessional to join our team near Castroville, CA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in paraprofessional or special education and be able to provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs.

• Assist special education teachers in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide support to students in developing academic and social skills
• Monitor and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Paraprofessional certification and/or at least 48 credit hours toward a college degree
• Experience with students who have behavioral challenges preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
