Job Overview

At Willamette View, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food Server. As a key member of our Health Center team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Outstanding Customer Service: Ensure that residents and their guests enjoy a positive and enthusiastic dining experience, characterized by excellent service and prompt attention to their needs.
  • Menu Knowledge and Communication: Develop the ability to memorize menu items, including describing at least three main ingredients and the method of preparation for each item. Effectively communicate this information to residents and guests, employing suggestive selling techniques when appropriate.
  • Team Collaboration and Safety: Attend daily shift meetings, adhere to all safety policies and procedures, and promptly identify and report any unsafe or hazardous work conditions.
Requirements
  • Must be 16 years or older.
  • Must have a Food Handler Certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Must consent to and pass a criminal background check.
