Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Per Diem - Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center - Burbank. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures using radioactive materials.

Responsibilities
  • Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures, including PET/CT scans, to diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
  • Administer radioactive materials to patients and operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality images.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Float to less or like specialties where needed and qualified.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, including daily caseload of 8.
Requirements
  • 1 year recent experience in nuclear medicine or a related field.
  • AHA BLS certification.
  • ARRT (with nuclear medicine specialty) or NMTCB certification - either will suffice.
  • Epic experience required.
Schedule Information
  • 8 & 10 hour shifts.
Additional Details
  • Charting system: Epic.
  • Candidate is responsible for completing up to 10 hours of Providence and specialty specific modules, independently before candidate will be cleared to work.
