Job Summary

The Registered Nurse Telemetry Specialist provides high-quality patient care to geriatric, adult, and adolescent patients in a fast-paced telemetry environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide age-appropriate care to patients based on their physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety, and learning needs.
  • Rotate to other areas of the hospital as needed, performing only duties for which they have demonstrated competency.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized plans of care.
  • Monitor patients' conditions, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
  • Current AHA or ARC BLS and AHA or ARC ACLS certifications.
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year Acute Care experience preferred.
