¿Cómo marcarás la diferencia?
Estamos buscando un Especialista en Intake Clínico, dedicado y meticuloso, para unirse a nuestro equipo en Chicago Behavioral Hospital.
Como Especialista en Intake Clínico, desempeñarás un papel fundamental en la atención a las referencias y otras solicitudes de servicios e información. Proporcionarás asistencia técnica al proceso de planificación de alta bajo la dirección del Director de A&R y ofrecerás apoyo general al programa de gestión de casos.
- Documentar y procesar llamadas de consulta de acuerdo con las políticas de Intake.
- Evaluar y estabilizar a los pacientes antes del alta o coordinar la admisión hospitalaria.
- Notificar y asistir al médico de guardia con las entrevistas a pacientes.
- Obtener aprobación administrativa para todas las admisiones.
- Completar la documentación de admisión siguiendo la política del hospital.
- Mantener un registro de intake con toda la información necesaria documentada.
- Realizar llamadas de seguimiento a pacientes que no se presentan a las citas.
- Demostrar relaciones con los huéspedes mediante el ejemplo y proporcionar asesoramiento a los empleados que necesiten capacitación.
Lo que buscamos:
- Educación y Licencia: Se prefiere una Maestría en un campo de relaciones humanas. Licencia para ejercer en el Estado de Illinois como profesional de salud mental o enfermero registrado es preferida.
- Experiencia: Se prefiere experiencia en actividades de evaluación de intake dentro de un entorno psiquiátrico agudo.

Este es un rol a tiempo completo y el rango de compensación esperado para este puesto es de $26.00 a $31.00 por hora.
