As a Respiratory Therapist at Community Health Network, you will partner with physicians and staff to provide patient-centered care and outstanding service delivered with respect. Your expertise in respiratory therapy will allow you to advance the patient plan of care to achieve the best possible outcomes. You will work with patients and families to provide age and culturally appropriate care, providing treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory insufficiencies. You will implement conventional ventilation methods and perform a variety of duties related to setting up, operation, cleaning, and storing respiratory equipment.

Requirements

  • You have earned an Associate's Degree from an accredited respiratory care program.
  • Indiana Respiratory Care Practitioner License, (RCP)
  • You are registered by the NBRC or eligible, Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT), Registered Respiratory Therapist, (RRT) within 12 months of start date
  • Your experience working in respiratory therapy, knowledge of treatment modalities, and dedication to patient care are your most vital skills as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • You are able to communicate tactfully and effectively with patients, staff, physicians, and visitors.
  • You are able to evaluate and provide exceptional care for patients with respiratory insufficiencies.
