We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team at Sanzie Healthcare Services, Inc.

Job Summary

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to our senior adult and disabled clients in their homes. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing medication reminders and transportation services.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide medication reminders and transportation services
  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Document client progress and report any concerns to the supervisor
Requirements
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • Certificate showing Negative for TB
  • Valid driver's license
  • Photocopy of Social Security Card
  • Current proof of auto insurance
  • Reliable transportation
  • CNA License or completed HHA Competency test
  • Federal fingerprinting requirement
  • Physical
  • Bank slip or screenshot from your account with the routing and account #'s
