We are seeking a highly skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Dayton, Ohio. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable breakfast experience.
Key Responsibilities- Set up, maintain, and break down the breakfast bar line, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
- Prepare and serve food items at the breakfast bar, replenishing supplies as needed.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner, responding to their needs and concerns.
- Assist with inventory management and maintenance programs.
- Follow all food safety procedures and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Minimum one year of customer service experience, with previous hotel experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and colleagues.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions.
- Food safety certification preferred.
