About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Staten Island, New York.

The ideal candidate will have a valid LPN license in the state of New York and possess strong communication and teamwork skills. Experience in a skilled nursing home or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and document resident health status and communicate changes to appropriate team members
  • Assist with activities of daily living and ensure residents' comfort and safety
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
Requirements
  • Valid LPN license in the state of New York
  • Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards seniors
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt to various situations and prioritize effectively
