About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Assist technologists and nurses with non-technical tasks, including greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and entering orders.
  • Support the resolution of customer problems, collect necessary data, and refer complex inquiries to relevant staff.
  • Enter patient information into the computer, scan documents, maintain patient records, and ensure accurate filing.
  • Digitize and format images, upload them into PACS, and maintain accurate filling systems.
  • Receive patients, confirm demographics and insurance information, perform insurance verification, and calculate copays.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
