Job OverviewPosition Title: Warehouse Material Specialist

We are looking for a committed Warehouse Material Specialist to become part of our dynamic team. This is a full-time role with a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The ideal candidate will take charge of the packaging and distribution of products to clients, as well as receiving and organizing materials, preparing kits for jobs, conducting inventory counts, and investigating part shortages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the scanning of products in and out of consigned inventory
  • Restock floor locations, handle returns and non-conforming materials, and oversee the disposal of materials
  • Maintain accurate records by filing and scanning documents, adjusting inventory, closing work orders, and monitoring key performance indicators
  • Participate in training and cross-training initiatives with fellow warehouse staff and undertake additional assigned tasks and special projects.
Essential Skills:
  • Package and ship products to clients utilizing an ERP system
  • Receive and organize materials efficiently
  • Conduct inventory checks and cycle counts
  • Log and manage materials within the system
Employment Type:

This position is classified as Contract-to-Hire, with an expected duration of 3 months.

Work Environment:

This role requires full-time on-site presence. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a compensation rate of $20 per hour.
