This role presents an exciting opportunity to serve as Medical Director or Associate Medical Director at one of our community-level 3 NICU located on the Northshore of beautiful Lake Pontchartrain. With 1,133 annual deliveries and 24/7 NNP in-house coverage, this position offers a unique blend of clinical expertise and leadership responsibilities.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Neonatologist to provide comprehensive care to newborns and infants. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct patient care and consultative services to pediatricians and obstetricians
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Board certification in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in neonatal care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Salary Information

The salary range for this position is approximately $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
