About the Role

The Southwest Cook County Cooperative Association for Special Education invites applications for a Speech Language Pathologist position. In this role, you will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to develop and implement effective strategies for improving student communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Our organization offers a salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life insurance, and disability coverage.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to assess student communication needs and develop targeted interventions to address these needs. You will also collaborate with colleagues to create Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and participate in regular progress monitoring to ensure student growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA certification, and at least two years of experience working with students with communication disorders.
