Job Summary

 

We're seeking a Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Supply Chain Solutions. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the logistics functions within our warehouse, ensuring that all products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently and accurately.

You'll work closely with our warehouse management system to drive productivity and on-time performance, and will be responsible for mentoring and training new associates. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize workflows.

This position includes:

  • Leading shift operations and directing associate activities.
  • Monitoring warehouse functions and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

To succeed, you'll need strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be willing to learn and adapt quickly.

Salary: $58,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on experience.
