Gastroenterologist Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Gastroenterologist to join our team at Island Health. As a Gastroenterologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
About the Role- Provide comprehensive care to patients with gastrointestinal disorders, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of conditions such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
- Perform endoscopic procedures, including colonoscopies, upper endoscopies, and capsule endoscopies, to diagnose and treat gastrointestinal disorders.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including surgeons, radiologists, and pathologists, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in gastroenterology to provide evidence-based care to patients.
