Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Order Expeditor to join our team at Chadwell Supply. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for evaluating, processing, and shipping backorder tickets to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and process backorder tickets from other locations to fulfill orders placed on backorder by customer service or other ordering platforms.
  • Manage the bill complete report to ensure timely invoice processing and work closely with warehouse personnel and branch managers to expedite shipped orders.
  • Utilize Pacejet for the best cost of shipping and communicate directly with the sales team, managers, and warehouse personnel to process backorder tickets.
  • Manage all backorder expeditor and bill complete reports daily and assist with ETA dates and transfer requests made by the customer service and sales teams.
  • Participate in lunch and learns and other product knowledge opportunities to stay up-to-date on company processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills and focus.
  • Be familiar with the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and SalesPad.
