Director of Rehab Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our rehabilitation department at Wesley Willows in Rockford, IL.

As the Director of Rehab, you will be responsible for overseeing the rehabilitation staff and therapy activities in the community, ensuring the highest standard of care for our patients.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals in need of rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community
  • Act as a trusted partner for the client and community
  • Maintain expected productivity standards
  • Help patients achieve critical outcomes
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited school for therapists (PT, PTA, COTA, OT, SLP)
  • Valid or pending state license
  • Acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation experience preferred
