Job Description

The Heavy Civil Senior Estimator at MasTec Civil will develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, analyze financial data to optimize project profitability, and prepare bid packages and proposals for clients. This position requires a strong understanding of various contract delivery methods and a commitment to collaborating with peers and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Analyze financial data to optimize project profitability
- Prepare bid packages and proposals for clients
- Collaborate with peers and mentor junior engineers

Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of estimating experience + minimum 3 years of field experience in Heavy Civil Construction, specifically with roadways and bridges
- Knowledgeable in contract delivery methods: design-build, design-bid-build, Lump Sum, etc., and contract experience with: TNDOT/Turnpike, cities/counties, port authority, and Franklin, TN Water Management District
- Possess high work values, integrity, and ethical standards
