About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to work as a Pharmacist in a dynamic environment. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pharmaceutical services to patients across various age groups and medical conditions. Your primary focus will be on implementing safe medication management processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients' home medications and develop effective treatment plans.
• Participate in admission and discharge processes, ensuring seamless communication with patients, families, and physicians.
• Maintain a professional image, articulating effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Collaborate with other department heads, medical staff, and nursing staff to improve drug therapy and resolve problems.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, company policies, and accreditation standards.

Requirements:
• A minimum of one year's experience in acute care or a related setting.
• Current Pharmacist license in good standing for the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
• Ability to project a professional image, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and apply professional standards of practice.
• Strong working knowledge of personal computers and software applications used in job functions.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
