Job Title: Senior SharePoint Specialist

Powder River Industries, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior SharePoint Specialist to join our team. As a prime contractor, we provide technical services across the entire system development life cycle (SDLC). This includes data center management, integrated logistics support, COOP, and disaster recovery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, operating, and maintaining knowledge management systems (KMS) that serve as repositories for storing, sharing, and utilizing data. This includes developing and managing SharePoint sites, databases, and internal websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage KMS to enhance information sharing and collaboration across the organization.
  • Assist the Government in accepting requests and needs, and enable operational solutions.
  • Train system users, including partners, on the use of KMS.
  • Integrate information with other databases as required.
  • Utilize automated tools and visualizations to facilitate users' access and ability to analyze information holdings.
  • Employ specific tools for unique office needs, as required.
  • Create and maintain virtual communities of interest to enable collaboration, storage, search, and discovery of information.
  • Develop simulations and exercises to test database readiness and communication channels.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve exchanges of information across systems and the Government and private sectors.
  • Maintain and update an ODNI-wide repository for instructions, Internal Process Documents (IPDs), and policy memorandum.
  • Build data repositories for mission needs that easily and automatically generate visualizations to support analysis, reporting, and briefings.

Requirements:

  • Top Secret with investigation current within the last 5 years.
  • On-site, no remote work.
