Key Responsibilities

As a Behavior Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive behavior assessments to identify maladaptive behaviors, define adaptive replacements, and establish behavioral goals.
  • Developing and implementing individualized Behavior Support Programs (BSPs) that promote self-control, growth, and skill development.
  • Designing interventions to reduce maladaptive behaviors and enhance safety for individuals receiving services.
  • Training direct care staff and other personnel in BSP implementation to ensure interventions are applied effectively across all environments.
  • Regularly reviewing and revising BSPs to maintain efficiency and reporting progress to the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) every six months.
  • Conducting in-service training to enhance staff expertise in behavior support and program development.
  • Participating in Behavior Management Committee and Human Rights Committee meetings.
Schedule

Your schedule will consist of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexible start and end times. No nights or weekends are required.

Qualifications
  • A BCBA or BCaBA certification is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle for company use, auto insurance, and a clean driving record are also required.
Estimated Salary

$87,500 - $92,500 per year, based on industry standards and market research.
