About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a nursing professional to join our faculty team and contribute to the development of our students and the advancement of nursing practice. As a faculty member, you will be responsible for teaching, research, and service, with a focus on executive leadership in healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Teach and mentor students in the areas of health sciences executive leadership and nursing practice
- Conduct research and publish in the field of health sciences executive leadership
- Participate in service activities, such as committee work and professional organization membership
- Develop and implement curricula and programs in health sciences executive leadership
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have an earned doctorate in nursing or a related field, eligibility for RN licensure in Pennsylvania, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare leadership, including senior director level or above. Preferred qualifications include leadership roles within professional organizations, certification as a nurse leader or healthcare executive, and experience with strategic planning and collaboration.
