Job Summary: Disability Solutions seeks a highly skilled Respiratory Healthcare Professional to join our Respiratory Therapy department. As a key member of our care team, you will deliver high-quality patient care to patients and families in accordance with their identified needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver competent and skilled care to patients and families in a team-oriented environment.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Stay current with advances in respiratory therapy techniques and technologies.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited two or four-year RT program.
- Previous experience preferred.
- Current license to practice in the State of Texas.
- Current BLS certification.
- PALS certification required within the first six months of employment.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
