Nighttime Restaurant Management Position

We are seeking an experienced Night Shift Leader to lead our Burger King team during nighttime hours. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee daily activities, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a high level of restaurant performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate restaurant staff to meet performance standards.
  • Manage kitchen supplies and equipment ordering and inventory.
  • Supervise and guide restaurant staff to achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of Shift Leader experience in the QSR industry.
  • Availability to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software (POS) is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Our Benefits Package:
