Responsibilities:

  • Receive and prioritize room assignments from management
  • Clean, stock, and maintain assigned guest rooms according to Colwen Hotels' standards
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and other department inquiries
  • Ensure guest privacy and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
  • Check and restock amenities and supplies in rooms
  • Make beds, stock bath linens, and clean bathrooms, kitchens, and coffee stations
  • Remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items from rooms
  • Notify maintenance of needed repairs and ensure rooms meet hotel standards
  • Perform other duties as requested by management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a cleaner or housekeeper, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Detail-oriented and thorough, with a focus on quality and service
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a rotational 7-day work cycle, including weekends and holidays
