We're looking for a seasoned HVAC Systems Design and Construction Lead to oversee the design and implementation of HVAC systems for various projects, including those requiring DOD clearance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Plan, conduct, and coordinate detailed phases of HVAC and plumbing design work
  2. Develop and implement mechanical construction and equipment specifications
  3. Evaluate and select standard techniques and criteria
  4. Perform quality assurance checks on project designs
  5. Support new project proposals with mechanical discipline scopes, budget estimates, and schedules

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • At least 12 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing design and engineering calculations
  • LEED or Green Globes accreditation is a plus
  • U.S. citizenship and active Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret with SCI
