Role Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to residents in their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as outlined in their service and care plans, including eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence.
- Respond promptly to residents' needs while upholding their dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
- Report any observed or suspected changes in residents' conditions to a supervisor immediately.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and visitors by adhering to established safety protocols.
- Promote teamwork through collaborative interactions with colleagues and other departments.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Excellent customer service skills are essential.
- A strong desire to work with the elderly and meet their needs is crucial.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees, supervisors, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
- Must successfully pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB tests.
- For the health and safety of our team members and residents, Oakmont Management Group may require team members to be vaccinated, participate in daily screenings, and wear personal protective equipment as necessary.
