ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will include:
- Performing daily inspections of property upkeep, including common areas and grounds.
- Preparing vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring they are clean and ready for occupancy.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and staff, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Driving company vehicles to transport residents and staff, ensuring their safety and well-being.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.
