Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in emergency situations, such as code blues and trauma cases, and provide critical care to patients as needed.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including vital signs, medical history, and physical examination.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, including medication administration, wound care, and other treatments as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of North Dakota or compact state.
  • 4+ years of experience in the Emergency Department.
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications.
