Bus Sales Representative

Sales performance of ARBOC Specialty Vehicles is looking for a results-driven Bus Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced sales environment.
About the JobAs a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing strategic objectives with clients in assigned regions. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth through effective sales visits, presentations, and contract negotiations.
This role offers an attractive compensation package, including a salary range of $60K - $80K per year, plus commission. In addition to your base salary, you will have the opportunity to earn commissions on sales performance, providing a total potential earnings of up to $100K per year.

Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with existing customers and prospects to drive sales growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring timely delivery of quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments, analyzing client requirements and presenting tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Present product offerings, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the sales process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A combination of education and experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently, up to 50% of the time.
