Bartender Extraordinaire

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Gravity Haus Inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Welcome guests and ensure they receive responsive, professional, and gracious service at all times.
• Assist fellow team members as needed to ensure efficient operations and high-quality guest experiences.
• Create memorable experiences for guests through attentive service and expert drink preparation.
• Listen to guest inquiries and provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Maximize sales and ensure guest satisfaction through effective upselling and suggestive selling techniques.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on drink trends and menu offerings.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to new staff members.
• Perform side work and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.

• 1 year of bartending experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally.

• Competitive hourly rate of $11.40-$17.00, plus tips.
