Key Responsibilities- Patient Care Activities: Assist physicians and nursing personnel with a variety of patient care activities, ensuring the highest level of quality and service.
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, maintaining established quality control standards and exceeding patient expectations.
- Exam Room Coordination: Show patients to exam rooms according to company standards, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Documentation: Record patient care documentation accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
- Coordination and Organization: Coordinate patient care as directed by physicians, company standards, and policies, while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Experience: 1+ year experience in a dermatology office with back office experience preferred, but not required. 3+ year experience in any other specialty as a medical assistant.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of medical terminology, ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations, effective communication and customer service skills, and the ability to follow dispensary technician policy and all policies.
