Role Overview

The Administrative Coordinator for Online Education will play a critical role in the success of our nursing program. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and execute practicum placements for online nursing students, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate student data, records, and evaluations.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with external practicum partners to secure contracts and facilitate site management.
  4. Manage clinical compliance data for students, including Castle Branch processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of nursing licensure requirements and federal regulations.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

We anticipate a competitive salary range of $55,000-$75,000 annually, depending on qualifications and location.
