Responsibilities- Assist in the evaluation and treatment of patients, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient interactions and medical histories, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Conduct patient interviews and gather information to inform diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Perform physical examinations and specialized diagnostic procedures, working under the direction of a physician.
- Assist in diagnosing medical problems, developing care plans, and prescribing treatment, as authorized by a physician.
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Current licensure as an advanced practice nurse in the state of Georgia and certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Primary Care, with a focus on patient-centered care and collaboration.
- American Heart Association BLS and Healthcare Provider certifications required.
- Competitive salary range: $102,000 to $128,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Eligibility for annual APP incentive plan.
- Student Loan repayment benefit.
- Paid Parental Leave benefit available to all qualified employees.
- Comprehensive health benefits starting on Day 1.
