- Stay fluent in all account KPIs and other relevant business and relationship details
- Maximize each account through thorough preparation and focus on performance and opportunities
- Create win-win scenarios that meet account goals and Company objectives
- Turn difficult conversations into account wins
- Manage a regular status call cadence with each account
- Develop a strong understanding of the insurance business
- Use and train accounts on the technology platforms underpinning our customer acquisition products
- Stay informed about the insurance customer acquisition competitive landscape
- Undergraduate degree
- Background managing accounts in a performance marketing environment
- At least 2 year's experience in account management
- Excellent communication skills
- Consistent and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical skills
