Responsibilities:

* Maintain property to West Coast's Clean & Operational standards, including changing light bulbs, repairing or cleaning signage, pressure washing, cleaning gutters and roof areas, interior and exterior painting, maintaining sidewalks, stairwells, and parking lot areas, and removing snow from walkways and applying salt.
* Perform repairs, such as fixing broken handles, doorknobs, and windows, and signage.
* Perform landscaping duties, including mowing, weeding, raking, pruning trees and bushes, backpack blowing, and herbicide application.

Requirements:

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* Groundskeeping and maintenance experience.
* Experience with the operation of hand and power tools.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.
* Ability to work outdoors in urban and rural environments.
* Ability to self-manage while working independently to complete team and company objectives.
